Thank you for supporting my work! I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, I am here to help.
1. Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Note for Coloring Books/Journals: Books must be free of markings, writing, or colored pages to qualify for a refund.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital Downloads: All sales on digital products (PDFs, e-books, etc.) are final.

Personalized Items: Any items that were custom-made or personalized.

Used Items: Books that have been written in or colored.
3. Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately at word@gamielmccall.com with a photo of the damage so I can make it right!
